Refund policy
Return Conditions:

Tea Accessories:
- You can return tea accessories within 7 days of receiving your order. If 7 days have passed since your receipt, we can no longer accept returns.
- Only tea accessories in their original condition and packaging will be accepted for returns.

Tea Leaf Products:
- Unfortunately, tea leaf products cannot be returned.

Incorrect Product Delivered:
- If you receive the wrong product, please notify Mucharaka Tea immediately by email.
- The products must be unused, sealed in their original packaging, and returned in the same condition as when delivered.
- Further instructions about the return process will be emailed to you.

Received Defective or Damaged Package:
- If you receive a defective or damaged package, immediately report it to your courier service with accompanying photos.
- Further instructions about the return process will be provided to you.
Returning Method and Cost:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and should make their own shipping arrangements.

Refund Process:
- We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund is approved.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.
- Please note that shipping fees associated with the return of the product will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment and may take (X) to (Y) days to appear in your account, depending on your credit card issuing bank.
- Keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Missing Items or Cancellation:
- If your order is missing items, please inform us at info@mucharakauae.com within a maximum period of 48 hours from your receipt.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@mucharakauae.com no later than 2 hours after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee a successful cancellation once this period has elapsed.
Exceptions:
- Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
