Refund policy

 

Return Conditions:

  1. Tea Accessories:

    • You can return tea accessories within 7 days of receiving your order. If 7 days have passed since your receipt, we can no longer accept returns.
    • Only tea accessories in their original condition and packaging will be accepted for returns.
  2. Tea Leaf Products:

    • Unfortunately, tea leaf products cannot be returned.
  3. Incorrect Product Delivered:

    • If you receive the wrong product, please notify Mucharaka Tea immediately by email.
    • The products must be unused, sealed in their original packaging, and returned in the same condition as when delivered.
    • Further instructions about the return process will be emailed to you.
  4. Received Defective or Damaged Package:

    • If you receive a defective or damaged package, immediately report it to your courier service with accompanying photos.
    • Further instructions about the return process will be provided to you.

Returning Method and Cost:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and should make their own shipping arrangements.

Refund Process:

  • We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund is approved.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.
  • Please note that shipping fees associated with the return of the product will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment and may take (X) to (Y) days to appear in your account, depending on your credit card issuing bank.
  • Keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Missing Items or Cancellation:

  • If your order is missing items, please inform us at info@mucharakauae.com within a maximum period of 48 hours from your receipt.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@mucharakauae.com no later than 2 hours after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee a successful cancellation once this period has elapsed.

Exceptions:

  • Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
