Collection: HOT BREW
1. Preparation
Tea leaves, Tea cups ( 100ml per cup ), Tea pot, Tea spoon

2. 2 heaped tea spoons of tea leaves to the tea pot

3. Pour boiled water to the cups and transport the hot water to the tea pot. Never pour boiled water to Japanese tea leaves directly. It cause the tea will be bitter.

4. Wait for only 30 seconds and enjoy to watch the leaves swiming and opening while you are surrounidng by the flavour.

5. After 30 seconds, pour to the cups till the last tea drops out and make the tea pot with only the wet leaves. Don't keep the tea leaves and water for the next cup. If do so, the following teas will taste bitter.

6. Now, enjoy!! For the next following cups, you don't need to wait for steeping for 30 seconds. Since the leaves have been already open, the tea is ready right after pouring the 2nd hot water. Please keep tea leaves without water in the pot.
